JD for Azure AI Engineer (10-13yrs) :

 Good hands on expertise on most of the Azure AI services ecosystem e.g. to name a few

Azure Conversational AI, Azure AI Document Intelligence, Azure Open AI, Azure AI Search,

Azure Text Analytics, Azure AI model catalog and all other services under Azure AI.

 Knowledge on configuration, access, data privacy & security of these AI services and

applicability on customer use cases.

 AI Governance Policies Creation: Define and establish comprehensive AI governance

policies to manage security, cost, resource consistency, and effective AI practices across all

Azure AI services.

 Responsible AI and Compliance: Implement Responsible AI principles and controls, including

managing content moderation, configuring bias detection (fairness/explainability), and

ensuring all AI solutions adhere to data privacy and regulatory standards.

 Nice to have: Azure Python SDK , Knowledge on AI services of other clouds 

Responsibility: Design implementable policies for AI services on Azure and other clouds and

integrate it with an existing cloud policy engine. Design test workloads to be deployed on the

services and used for testing the implemented policies.
