We are seeking an experienced ETL Engineer with a strong background in healthcare payer systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and executing test plans for data warehousing, ETL workflows, and backend data validation across large-scale healthcare datasets.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans and test cases for ETL processes.

Conduct end-to-end data validation across data sources, including claims, member, and provider data.

Collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, and product owners to understand ETL requirements and test accordingly.

Utilize ICEDQ or similar tools for ETL data testing and reconciliation.

Perform SQL-based backend testing and test data management.

Document test results and provide root cause analysis for data quality issues.

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and continuous integration testing cycles.

Required Skills:

Deep knowledge in Test Design, Test Planning, and ETL Testing.

Hands-on experience with AWS Services, especially Redshift, Glue.

Working knowledge of Unix/Linux, API Testing, Test Automation.

Familiarity with ICEDQ, Informatica, and data pipeline testing.

Strong SQL skills and exposure to cloud-based data environments.
